APPLICATIONS: Rigid PVC Pipes: As the filler loading increases the more active heat stabilizer with more metallic content is recommended. OP-32 is recommended for scrap pipes and very low filler pipes on twin screw. OP-40 is recommended for single screw and twin screw machines with moderate to high filler load, OP-40 is the optimum grade. OP-50 is recommended for high filler pipes on single screw machine. PVC Profiles: For profiles OP-40 is generally recommended. Depending on the filler load, OP-50 can be used. PVC Cables: For PVC cables, OP-50 is recommended.
